Contractor: Skanska USA Civil West CA. Fullerton Grade Separation Project Project#90008530. Vendor #1835860. Titan Disposal Co., inc has been providing on/off hauling for this project since December 1, 2021. The project is still on-going.
Contractor: Tutor-Perini/O&G, Joint Venture. Purple Line Extension Section 3 Stations. (Contract# C1152). Titan Disposal has been providing On/Off hauling and Street Sweeping for this project since December 10, 2020.This project is still ongoing.
Contractor: Flatiron Corp. Rosecrans/Marquardt Grade Separation Project. (Contract# 77307C1210) TDC has been providing on/off hauling service since May 2022. This project is still ongoing.
Owner: Bridge Housing. Heritage Square Phase 1 and 2 housing Project. TDC provided demolition, site clearing and asbestos abatement. of a one-acre site for a new low-income housing development. The building was a 1-story 3,000 s.q.f.t structure. Scope of Work: TDC obtained permits, capped all utilities, adhered to the City of Pasadena recycling plan; hauling all demolition debris to certified diversion facility. Provided final closeout.
Owner: Bakewell Development Co. 2710 Alondra Blvd, Compton CA. Scope of Work: TDC demolished a 30,000 s.q.f.t shopping center in Compton, the buildings were composed of wood framed construction. TDC obtained demolition and sewer cap permits, capped all utilities, and hauled all demolition debris to a certified diversion facility.
Agency: City of Pasadena Water & Power. TDC has been providing debris management and street sweeping since 2021. The contract is a multi-year contract with multiple option years.
